Scout Expo happens on the 4th and 5th of May. May 4th is the campout and campfire program, and May 5th is the actual Expo event.

03-24-07   8:00 am              Ticket sales kick-off.
03-28-07   6:00 pm -  9:00 pm   1st ticket sales turn-in.
04-11-07   6:00 pm -  9:00 pm   2nd ticket sales turn-in.
04-13-07   5:00 pm              Deadline to turn in  advertising.
04-18-07   6:00 pm -  9:00 pm   3rd ticket sales turn-in.
04-20-07   5:00 pm              Deadline to sign up for the campout.
04-20-07   5:00 pm              Deadline to sign up for a booth.
04-25-07   6:00 pm -  9:00 pm   4th ticket sales turn-in.

05-04-07  12:00 pm              Deadline to register for a commercial booth.
05-04-07   4:00 pm              Troops can start setting up their camp sites.
05-04-07   8:00 pm              Campfire program.

05-05-07   6:00 am -  9:00 am   Setup for Expo.
05-05-07   9:00 am -  4:00 pm   Scout Expo.
