Reflections of Camp Geronimo 2007

Camp Geronimo was one of the funnest camps I have ever been to. As usual we won “Big 'G' Gold” (the highest award in the camp), earned lots of merit badges and bought dozens of root beer floats. The first two days are the best, because you don't have to do anything but set up camp. The next five days are fun as well, you earn four of thirty or so merit badges, then during free time you get to do what ever you want (go to the trading post, shoot rifles, etc.). And one day during free time an entire troop is allowed to go to the horse coral or climbing tower (that is my favorite day). On Friday all patrols in the camp go do the Mighty Mogi Challenge, and this year all of our patrols got a blue ribbon (the best ribbon).

If there was anything I could have changed it would have been that they would let us have seconds on dessert.
